donovan mcnabb shut his stupid face.

what’s yellow and blue and wack all over?

some random observations from my weekly football binge:

  • the following quote is a sure sign that the apocalypse i nigh: “we’re all [dallas] playing for each other right now.” seem pretty tame? consider the source – terrell owens. when did he and randy moss become stand-up guys?
  • speaking of mr. moss, he and the patriots appear unstoppable. any game plan with a prayer of working must include double coverage on moss, but with tom brady at quarterback what coach would dare attempt it? you can’t defend them either way.

    losswe

  • the chargers look like a team that has bought into their own hype (bickering on the sidelines is not a good look). right now my superbowl pick is 1-2, and if san diego can’t get their shit together by the time division play starts they are a lock to become the biggest disappointment of the year (the fans are already bloodthirsty).
  • mercifully, donovan mcnabb shut his stupid face and decided to kick somebody’s ass on the football field. next week the eagles and giants will play for a chance to challenge the cowboys in the nfc east this year. and is it me, or does eli manning seem like he’s starting to get an idea about what he’s supposed to be doing?
  • the raiders won a game? yeah, i’m sure their los angeles fans won’t be too annoying this week. nevertheless, great job by lane kiffin on the late time-out call to freeze cleveland’s kicker. that was evil…and i dug it.
  • thank god football season is back.

so sad pemora. It really is a great sport to watch. Oh well, I realize i am one of few females who enjoy the game- I mean really enjoy watching it for the sake of the sport. I am laughing my ass off at San Diego….bickering on the sidelines like a bunch of girls…HAHAHA Good job LT and Rivers. GOOD JOB. Sorry jayare20k- but Ive been making some good money off their losses.

ps- I havent been this excited to watch a Packers game in years!! Favre is playing like he was bout 5-6 years ago…..I still rock the jersey..oh yes I do.

word, fuck the chargers. after 3 weeks they’re already fucking up my super bowl pick? and good luck with the bets, LV. if you could see my fantasy football results you’d know that me and football predictions are not a good match this year. i’m just happy no money is being lost.

if you’re a fan of an nfc team, how shook must you be that brett favre is looking like his old self? i dunno about anyone else, but if for some strange reason my giants make it into the playoffs i want NO PART of playing green bay. favre is liable to do some off the wall shit on the field and whip somebody’s ass.

im loving how Favre is playing. LOVING IT! Hes been doing off the wall shit . And despite his age- hes still got a good arm- i mean a damn good arm. You know your quarterback is good when hes FALLING ON HIS THROWING ARM- hes damn near horizontal with the ground- throws the ball and completes the pass to get 1st down. I fell off the packers for a minute but I cannot deny them this year.

yeah, dont make any bets- you arent doing so well on your predications. But at least its still good entertainment. Oh, so ummmm what happening with the Saints this year??? Had high hopes….oh well.
